the Beach House
A contemporary designed commercial building sitting practically on a South Cornwall beach. Brazilian grey green slate and GRP flat roofs with anthracite roof line details make this a sleek sea side property.

boconnoc
A charming period property set amongst abundant gardens. We worked closely alongside ecologists on this project, under strict guidelines due to it being a roost site for bats. We removed the concrete tiles and replaced them with Spanish slate which sets off the stonework, giving this house a timeless look.

liskeard
A Henry Rice built property that unfortunately had been re-roofed in fibre cement slates that became porous and mossy. Brazilian slate and a solar install with a lovely feature lead valley.

Constantine
Practically a new build project with an extension on every elevation to this bungalow, the reclaimed delabole slate and lead rolled hips and ridges make sure this property sits perfectly within the landscape.

treyarnon bay
Diminishing delabole rag slate, traditionally laid clay ridges and lead rolled hips. This job was a pleasure to work on and a statement property we are proud to put our name to.
